We hope you’ve had a year full of adventure, wonder and wishes come true, that you found time to enjoy nature and be inspired by the giants that walk our earth. We hope your community has grown and that you’ve met people who gave you joy. Our team have loved every experience with the guests who visited us this year, and enjoyed celebrating life with them, from our honeymooners and brides and grooms, to families of multiple generations. What a pleasure it is to share our wilderness with you. St.Stefan (Jabulani GM) has been very busy, preparing ways to give back to those who’ve been good… but our guests have been generous too, donating items to the schools, clinics and HERD elephant orphanage and homestead that we support through Pack for a Purpose. Follow St. Stefan’s festivities at the lodge below… With HERD (Hoedspruit Elephant Rehabilitation and Development), we’ve seen albino baby elephant and snare survivor, Khanyisa be fully integrated into the Jabulani elephant herd, and move from the orphanage to the homestead. It has been the greatest show of family spirit and acceptance, an example of what we celebrate this time of year. We wish you a soulful holiday and a happy new year in 2023, and hope to see you soon!
