A good green vegetable curry is a firm favourite in the kitchen. Prepared not too spicy, its distinctive aroma fills the kitchen and gets taste buds tingling. This dish is best accompanied by steamed basmati rice, sambles, tzatziki and tomato chilli chutney and is enough to warm up cold bodies on the chilliest of African winter evenings.

Menus at the Camp Jabulani restaurant are always altered according to the availability of produce. In winter we use more earthy vegetables such as carrots, beetroot, cabbage and parsnips, creating layers of distinctive flavour.
