Breakfast á la Camp Jabulani style

Breakfast is considered one of the most important meals of the day, so we thought we would share a few of our really popular recipes with you. They are delicious, get rave reviews, and are also packed with nutritional value.

The Eggs Benedict is hands-down our most popular breakfast. It consists of:

  • 2 poached eggs cooked to your taste
  • Crispy Parma ham for that amazing smokey flavour
  • Our fresh homemade smoked paprika hollandaise sauce
  • Sautéed mushrooms, to ground the dish
  • And finally – the pièce de résistance- a fresh toasted English muffin

For the more health conscious amoung you, our Eggs Florentine is made up of:

  • 2 poached eggs cooked to your taste
  • Baby spinach, flash fried in tiny bit of butter
  • Oven roasted brown mushrooms
  • All placed on top of an oven baked hash brown, and smothered with a spinach and mozzarella sauce

Our Chef’s French toast is a really special treat to kick start your day. You can expect;

  • 2 slices of our homemade bread coated in egg and fried in a pan
  • The toast is then coated with our homemade cranberry jelly
  • Added to this is crispy streaky bacon and a thin slice of camembert cheese – all then placed in the oven until the cheese has melted
  • A drizzle of maple syrup gives the final finish to this plate from heaven.
