The Rhino Conservation Safari offers a unique insight into the white rhino and its behavioural patterns, an opportunity to get involved with the conservation of this endangered species.
A minimum of two persons and a maximum of ten can participate in this rare opportunity to observe the conservation team from HESC track, dart and sedate a rhino, in preparation of microchipping and ear-notching for future identification purposes.
The full-day programme rate is an additional cost of R48 000 for up to 10 persons to participate. All of the proceeds go towards the costs of the conservation exercise and the Rhino Conservation Fund. Participants must be 16 years and older.
Please book this activity ahead of your arrival, as we request a lead-time of 30 days where possible
